Butchers Assistant - Full Time
We have a position open for a Butchers Assistant. He/She must be a fluent Bengali speaker. His/Her duties and responsibilities include:-
*Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat;
*Cutting and boning a carcass;
*Packaging meat and storing it correctly;
*Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them;
*Keeping their working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation;
*Maintaining business records and budgets.
Salary: £27,000.
