Muki

Description

A tropical vegetable known as eddoe or eddo is frequently identified as the species Colocasia antiquorum. It is related to taro (dasheen, Colocasia esculenta), which is primarily valued for its thick stems (corms).
The majority of cultivars have a caustic flavour that necessitates cautious cooking.
The young leaves can also be cooked and consumed, but they don’t taste as sweet as taro does.
